After months of programming, and brain storming how to bring you the best online fat loss programme to the general population, we are finally open for registration for the Blueprint 8 week online challenge.

We need you registered before hand so we can work personally on your programme, allowing you to prepare yourself for the challenge starting the following week.

So, what is the Blueprint 8?

The Blueprint 8 is a an 8 week online training and nutrition programme to get you leaner, stronger and more athletic than ever before. At the start of each season you will join a team of your peers in a private Facebook community group, all motivated to achieve the same goal as you.

We are stronger together!

Along the journey you will be following the same training plans and schedule, meaning you will be working live through the challenge together and be able to share feedback and support for your fellow team mates.

Your personal Blueprint coach will act as the ring leader of the group answering questions, posting video demonstrations and live videos, and generally motivating you all throughout the programme.

Think of them as your own personal go too guy/gal.

What's Involved?

Training

Each season is split into 3 phases. You will receive a new training programme at each phase.

Phase one: Weeks 1-2

Phase two: Weeks 3-5

Phase three: Weeks 6-8

Each phase is progressive from the previous as we increase the intensity as you go. All you have to do is stay up to date with the schedule training 4-5 days per week.

All sessions are gym based so you can finally put that gym membership to use as we will provide everything else you need.

Nutrition

Nutrition is a key element to your transformation. Education is where this begins and understanding what foods to consume, when to consume them and how much is essential to your development.

We provide you your personal calorie and macro nutrient targets along with a detailed nutrition handbook explaining the plan and how to fit it into your lifestyle simply.

Regular updates will be made along the way, and with the online group page we can share recipe ideas and nutritional videos to help support you and help answer any questions.

Support & coach interaction

Support is one of our main differences to anything you may have tried before. You personal coach will be actively involved in the online group answering any questions and uploading video tutorials to help you along the way. 

Exercise demos will be available for each exercise in the programme so you're only a click away from the guidance you need. 

Regular scheduled updates will be reviewed directly by your coach and changes will be made based on progress and feedback from sessions. 

We have created a team! The private group page is just for you, to share questions, inspiration and have full interaction with your coach. On top of that some healthy competitive challenges along the way will keep you all engaged and bound together throughout the season. 

What happens after the season?

Well, you graduate.

We want you to share your transformation pictures and have a short interview on how you found the programme and how it has effected your life. Prizes will be awarded to two people who have shown the best transformation and storey over the past 8 weeks.

Following this we have 2 paths you can take:

  1. Lean Degree - 12 week programme designed to progress you further on your fat loss journey. Getting more shredded week by week.
  2. Lean Mass - 12 week strength and mass programme designed to increase overall size, strength and muscle tone with minimal fat gain.

Once order is completed you will receive a welcome email with an initial questionnaire to fill out in your own time and send back to us before the deadline date.
