Whether your goal is to lose excess weight or bulk up, decrease body fat or tone up the training and nutritional guidance will be programmed specifically to you. 

Personalised training programmes will get you physically and mentally stronger, not just in the short term but the long term too. With a no nonsense, intense approach we will get to where you want to be safer, faster and more efficiently, revealing want is really possible when you put your mind to a goal. 

Nutrition plays a huge part of the battle and we understand the importance of a well designed and well balanced diet that will contemplate your training. Not being influenced by 'fad' diets or BS we understanding how the body works, how to fuel it and how excess fat storage takes place. Improving Insulin sensitivity, lowering inflammation and controlling cortisol are some initial steps we take to have you rapidly shift body fat, increase muscle, and improve overall energy levels for optimal health.

Packages

Thinking of taking the next step to the best version of yourself? 

What makes a programme work is commitment and consistency, following your personalised nutrition plan 90% of the time and training at least 4x per week. With our packages we tick all the above, all we need is your commitment to the plan. A combination of strength and conditioning workouts, recipe guides, goal setting and tracking keeps you well on your way to achieving results you could never imagine in a scalable timeframe.

All our packages include full access to the Smart Fitness class schedule, meaning you can attend as many extra circuit classes as you like in addition to your coaching sessions.


Body Blitz (4 week plan)

An intensive 4 week programme designed to give your body a complete overhaul. A smaller commitment for those with shorter timeline goals.

  • 12 Personal Coaching sessions (3x per week)
  • Circuit Training group classes (1-2x per week)
  • Initial fat scorching nutrition plan
  • Initial assessment and target setting
  • 2 progress checks

The Personal Blueprint (8 week plan)

An 8 week programme designed to educate and develop your body the right way for you. No short cuts taken but these are results that will last and carry over into anything you do. Every 2-4 weeks the programme develops and changes as you get stronger and leaner. 

  • 24 Personal Coaching sessions (3x per week)
  • Circuit Training group classes (2-3x per week)
  • Initial 2 week Detox Plan
  • Performance Nutrition Plan with ongoing changes
  • Initial assessment and target setting
  • Bi-weekly progress checks

The Total Transformation (12 week plans)

Looking for a complete transformation in your body and life? This is the commitment you need to make. With a more personal approach you will shed body fat, increase muscle mass and develop your overall athleticism. This timeframe guarantees success and adapts as fast as you adapt.

  • 36 Personal Coaching sessions (3x per week)
  • Circuit Training group classes (2-3x per week)
  • Own Training programme and Travel plans
  • Initial 2 week Detox Plan
  • Performance Nutrition Plan with ongoing changes
  • Advanced Nutrition Principles including; Calorie and Macro guidelines
